Heirloom Vineyards Adelaide Hills Chardonnay 2015 was reviewed at 94 points by James Halliday: "Hand picked organic/biodynamic grapes sorted bunch by bunch, with wild fermentation of free-run juice, 15% tank-pressed and matured, 85% matured in French barriques, 30% new, for 12 months. The vinification has worked very well, this is an elegant, perfectlygroomed Chardonnay, not a hair out of place on the subtle palate; the flavours are halfway between white peach and grapefruit, oak a bridge between the two. 5 red stars"
