Heirloom Vineyards Style Guide

How to use Heirloom Vineyards brand in your fundraising or marketing.

These guidelines outline the general rules when using Heirloom Vineyards' assets and showcasing our content. Consistent use of these assets helps people easily recognise references to Heirloom Vineyards and protect our trademarks.

Do's

Please display the words “Heirloom Vineyards” in the same font size and style as the content surrounding it. 

Please keep enough space around Heirloom Vineyards brand assets to keep them clear and uncluttered.

 

“H” represents the minimum amount of clear space that must surround the logo at all times.

Please maintain the shape and proportion of each of Heirloom Vineyards' graphic assets and reproduce assets at a legible size. 

Don'ts

Please don’t assert rights over the Heirloom Vineyards brand whether by trademark registration, domain name registration or anything else.

Please don’t modify Heirloom Vineyards brand assets in any way, such as by changing the design or colour. Brand assets include Trademarks, names, domain names, logos or other content that imitates or could be confused with Heirloom Vineyards.

Please don't use any icons, images or trademarks to represent Heirloom Vineyards other than what is found on this page.

Please don't use any combination of any part of the Heirloom Vineyards brand with your name, marks or generic terms.

Please don't represent the Heirloom Vineyards brand in a way that implies partnership, sponsorship or endorsement or makes it the most distinctive or prominent feature of what you’re creating, or features Heirloom Vineyards on materials associated with illegal activities, or other materials that violate Heirloom Vineyards Policies.

Please don't capitalise the words “Heirloom Vineyards”, use it as a verb or abbreviate it. Please don’t use the Heirloom Vineyards logo in place of the words Heirloom Vineyards.

Legal

Heirloom Vineyards trademarks are owned by Heirloom Vineyards and may only be used as provided in these guidelines or with Heirloom Vineyards written permission.

You may not use or register, or otherwise claim rights in any Heirloom Vineyards trademark, including as or as part of any trademark, service mark, company name, trade name, username or domain registration.

You should not use or claim rights in Heirloom Vineyards in a way that is confusingly similar to or dilutive of Heirloom Vineyards, including as, or as any part of, a trademark.

Please do not use Heirloom Vineyards trademarks for anything that would be inconsistent with our policies, mission, vision, values or guiding principles. 

Heirloom Vineyards reserves the right to withhold approval of content that it feels is inconsistent with Heirloom Vineyards values. We may revoke permission to use Heirloom Vineyards trademarks at any time.
